You will begin the Becoming Balanced program with two days, known as your “loading days.” In this short phase, you will be loading on healthy fats (among other whole foods) to prepare your body to release stubborn fat.

Phase 2
Weight Loss (31 days**)
During this phase, you will transform your body into a fat-burning machine through a combination of a hormone balancing diet, natural supplementation, stress management tools, and guided coaching.
- No strenuous exercise

**If you have more than 15-21 pounds to lose, additional weight loss “upgrades” are available for an additional cost.
Typical weight loss in Phase II is ½ to ¾ of a pound per day, for an average loss of 15-21 pounds.
